Limitation of Liability

A.  In no event shall Health Travel Tours be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including damagers for loss of business, profits, revenue, data, us or other economic advantage) incurred by distributor, or any other third party, in connection with  or arising out of the use of any of the services provided and in association with this site. Ment, however it arises, whether in an action in contract or tort.

B.  In no event shall the liability and damages or claims relating to this site or any services provided here under exceed the amount of fees paid by customer under this agreement or $100, whichever is less.



Disclaimer of Warranties

Health Travel Tours makes no warranty, express or implied, and specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as to any matter whatsoever, including but not limited to the services provided by any third party, including: physicians, hospitals, hotel, health or transportation providers.



Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising under or with respect to this user agreement will be resolved by arbitration under th provisions of the Wisconsin Arbitration Act the parties shall be responsible for payment of their own expenses and atrrorneys' fees.
